Do you serve all five boroughs?
Yes — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island. NYC bookings may include a nominal parking/travel surcharge.
Can you cook on an NYC rooftop or terrace?
Yes, as long as the building permits open-flame cooking and there's proper ventilation. We'll ask a few questions during booking to confirm.
Do you cook in the Hamptons in summer?
Every weekend from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Book at least 3 weeks out — Hamptons Saturdays fill quickly.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes — we routinely provide COIs to Manhattan condos, co-ops, and rental buildings at no cost.
